We’re looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our team and lead the development of the next version of our live app focused on real-time location tracking, family safety, and SOS alerts. If you love building location-aware apps and want to solve meaningful problems with tech, this is for you.

Responsibilities

• Real-time location tracking, geofencing, and background services
• Integrations with Google Maps SDK, Firebase, and FCM
• Features like group/family sharing, emergency alerts, and driving insights
• Ensuring performance, stability, and Play Store compliance
• Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application Fixing performance problems Writing clean, readable, and testable code Extensive knowledge of mobile app development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Android development (Kotlin, Java, MVVM, Jetpack, Firebase)
• Deep knowledge of GPS/location APIs, battery optimization, and background tasks
• Experience with Firebase Auth, Realtime DB/Firestore, and push notifications
• Strong debugging, architecture, and performance tuning skills
