Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand learner needs and recommend suitable training programs

Counsel students on career opportunities, skill development, and industry trends

Convert leads into enrollments through consistent follow-ups

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly

Participate in college drives, webinars, and promotional events

Build long-term relationships with students and ensure a positive experience


What We’re Looking For:

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience

Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)

High level of confidence, energy, and enthusiasm

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Willingness to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of sales/customer handling is a plus
