We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Sales Representative to join FilingPro. The person will be responsible for calling leads, understanding client requirements, explaining our services clearly, and converting inquiries into paying customers. This role is ideal for someone who is good at communication, follow-ups, and sales over calls.
- Call inbound and outbound leads generated through ads, website inquiries, campaigns, and referrals
- Explain FilingPro services such as company registration, GST registration, trademark, compliance, and related offerings
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right service package
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate lead status and call notes in CRM or internal systems
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of converted clients
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Build trust with customers by communicating professionally and clearly
- Handle basic customer objections and guide them toward closure
- Share feedback from customers with the management team for service improvement
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, or customer sales
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred
- Ability to explain services in a simple and convincing way
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance tracking
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and lead management
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach
- Experience in selling business services, legal services, compliance services, insurance, banking products, or B2B services will be an advantage
- Prior experience handling startup, SME, or business owner clients is preferred
- Number of calls made per day
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Conversion rate from inquiry to paid client
- Follow-up effectiveness
- Revenue generated from assigned leads
