The RoleWe are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who operates at the intersection of brand storytelling and aggressive performance engineering. This isn't a "traditional" corporate marketing role. You will be responsible for the global brand positioning of Applore and its strategic sub-brands (including SquadXP and our Voice AI platforms).
The ideal candidate has a founder-mindset: you are obsessed with ROI, you understand the nuances of the B2B tech services landscape, and you know how to leverage AI to 10x marketing output.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Brand Positioning: Define and own the global identity of Applore Technologies as a premier AI-first product studio.
- Revenue & Lead Generation: Design and execute multi-channel GTM strategies to acquire high-value enterprise clients and tech partners.
- Sub-Brand Ecosystem: Oversee the marketing funnels for SquadXP (Staff Augmentation) and our emerging AI SaaS ventures, ensuring cohesive but distinct messaging.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Establish Applore’s leadership in the AI space through high-signal content, whitepapers, and technical case studies.
- Performance Marketing: Manage budgets across LinkedIn, Google, and niche tech platforms with a strict focus on CAC/LTV and high-intent lead flow.
- Systems & Automation: Build a marketing "machine" using AI tools for content creation, lead scoring, and personalized outreach.
- The Architect: You have 10+ years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a Tech Service, SaaS, or Product Studio environment.
- The Strategist: You understand the difference between "noise" and "signal." You don't just want clicks; you want high-value conversations.
- AI-Native: You are already using AI tools to streamline workflows and are excited about the leverage AI brings to marketing.
- Data-Obsessed: You live in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and analytics dashboards. If it isn't tracked, it didn't happen.
- Cultural Fit: You have a strong bias toward execution and thrive in a fast-paced environment where results are valued over optics.
- Direct Impact: Work directly with founder-operators who value systems thinking and rapid scaling.
