Job Opportunity: MU Manager – UK

Location: Blackburn

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced MU Manager to lead and manage a team within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 12 staff across various roles, including purchases, sales, logistics, warehouse, customer service, and general management.
• Oversee and set clear targets for the sales team, including 3 regional sales representatives (North, Central, and South).
• Drive business growth by conquering new markets within the underrepresented PPE sector.
• Grow annual turnover beyond £5 million and support the performance of field sales teams.
• Conduct market monitoring and actively seek new development opportunities.
• Split responsibilities between field presence (50%) for team supervision, business development, and operational management (50%), with P&L responsibility.

Role Structure:

• Territory: UK & Ireland
• 2 days per week in the office
• 3 days per week in the field

Compensation Package:

• Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience- we will talk about what you are looking for
• £15,000 annual bonus
• Company car, mobile phone, and laptop provided

Profile Sought:

• 5–7 years of professional sales experience in PPE
• Minimum of 2-3 years in team management and P&L responsibility
• Proven experience in the PPE sector (mandatory)
• Strong passion for sales and business development within the PPE industry
• Excellent leadership, listening, and organizational skills
• Autonomous, results-driven with a focus on growth and market expansion
