This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Madurai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving growth strategies. The manager will conduct market analysis, lead negotiations, prepare business proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans. Additionally, responsibilities include contributing to the company's expansion efforts and representing the brand in professional networks and events.
- Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Strong skills in Market Research, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning
- Experience with Financial Services, Blockchain, or Cryptocurrency industries is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding business targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
