As our team expands, we are looking for a Paralegal to join our legal department and work closely with our General Counsel.

This role is ideal for someone who possesses the foundation of a paralegal or a legal support professional, but desires a broader scope in a fast-moving startup environment. In addition to supporting legal matters, this person will also help with a range of cross-functional needs that may touch operations and other business priorities.

The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented and a fast learner. They are a strong critical thinker who is intuitive, task-focused, and collaborative, with excellent judgment and prioritization skills.

What You Will Do

• Support the General Counsel in legal, administrative, and operational matters
• Assist with document management, organization, tracking, and process coordination
• Help manage legal workflows, deadlines, and cross-functional follow-ups
• Provide support on projects that span legal and operational functions
• Coordinate across teams to ensure information and tasks are handled efficiently and accurately
• Help create and improve internal processes, systems, and documentation
  
  

Who You Are

• Experience in legal work in positions such as paralegal, legal coordinator, legal operations, or similar support role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Creative and resourceful approach to work
• Highly task-focused with strong follow-through
• Collaborative style and comfort working across teams
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment where responsibilities may evolve

The logistics

This role is full-time and in person at our San Francisco office.

Compensation And Benefits

• $90,000-$100,000 in base cash compensation plus equity
