Job Description

Who We’re Looking For

  • Candidates with experience on the shop floor of reputed jewellery chains.
  • Strong understanding of solitaires, 4Cs (Color, Clarity, Cut, Carat) and trust-building in high-
  • ticket sales.
  • Digitally savvy and confident in selling via WhatsApp, calls, and video interactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, video calls, and email
  • Assist customers with product discovery, design options, pricing & certification
  • Drive conversions for high-value and custom-made jewellery
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline to close warm leads
  • Upsell complementary jewellery sets (e.g., rings with earrings)
  • Log conversations, notes, and follow-up statuses into CRM tools
  • Coordinate with catalog, operations, and production teams
  • Offer video consultations & live jewellery demos when required
  • Handle queries related to customization, engraving & delivery timelines


Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in jewellery sales (diamond & bridal preferred)
  • Experience with organized retail brands is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold purity, hallmarking, GIA/IGI certifications


  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, CRM & video calling tools
  • Target-driven, self-motivated & emotionally intelligent
  • Ability to work 6 days a week including weekends
