Role Summary
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships. The role involves onboarding companies, industries, hotels, and institutions for employee health check-ups and diagnostic services. The candidate will focus on building strong relationships with HR/Admin stakeholders, closing corporate agreements, and generating consistent revenue from the corporate segment.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients including companies, industries, hotels, and institutions
- Drive B2B sales for pathology and radiology services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, and key decision-makers
- Act as a single point of contact for all corporate clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Corporate Tie-ups & Closures
- Negotiate and close corporate agreements for diagnostic services
- Design customized health packages as per client requirements
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Develop strong market presence in Udaipur and nearby towns
- Identify new business opportunities and expand corporate network
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of corporate health programs
- Ensure timely service delivery and resolution of client queries
Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B / corporate sales experience
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of healthcare/diagnostic industry (preferred)
- Result-driven with strong ownership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple clients and accounts
- Market knowledge of Udaipur region

Preferred Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales
