Job Description
- Experience in directing and supervising production personnel.
- Possess technical knowledge and he must adapt at all phases of the production processes.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
- Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement, Kaizens.
- Ability to achieve daily production targets, increase OEE.
- Strong Customer Service mindset.
- Implement strategies to cut costs and achieve production targets.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that products are up to standards.
Any other tasks may be assigned by the superiors
