Title: Junior Product Marketing Analyst


Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore, India

Experience: 2 – 4 years


Pay Scale: 2.5 lacs to 4 lacs per year DOE - Full time employment


About the role


We are hiring a Junior Product Marketing Analyst to support our Product Marketing Manager in understanding US users, analyzing funnels, and executing lifecycle campaigns. You will work closely with performance and data teams on digital marketing for US‑based products.

What you’ll do
  • Support analysis of user journeys for US customers: signup → onboarding → first transaction → repeat → referral.
  • Build and maintain basic reports on activation, engagement, and retention by cohort, persona, and channel.
  • Create and post content related to product offerings on social media
  • Prepare content for emails, in-apps, SMS/WhatsApp, Web and digital marketing touch points for customers and potential customers
  • Assist in creating and QA‑ing content for email, in‑app, SMS/WhatsApp, and web to ensure consistency and clear CTAs.
  • Help define and refine user personas and segments using data and qualitative feedback.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across channels with Performance Marketing, Product, and Design.
  • Support A/B tests on messaging, flows, and touchpoints; track results and document learnings.
  • Keep campaign calendars, documentation, and experiment logs up to date.
Must‑have experience
  • EXCELLENT Written and Verbal English communication skills
  • Content writing and marketing experience
  • 2–5 years in product marketing, digital marketing, or at a digital agency managing product‑based companies.
  • Exposure to US‑facing digital marketing (US traffic, campaigns, or lifecycle programs).
  • Experience working closely with teams that manage large digital budgets (₹2 Cr+/month overall) and product‑led growth motions.
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and analytics tools to pull and interpret basic data.
  • Strong written communication skills for US audiences and attention to detail in content and QA.
  • Bonus: fintech/financial services exposure or experience with US‑based fintech products.
