The Oracle Fusion Sales Response Architect will play a critical role in supporting Peloton’s Oracle Fusion sales pursuits by leading solution architecture and proposal development efforts. This role is responsible for shaping high-quality, compliant, and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, while collaborating closely with sales, practice leadership, and subject matter experts. The individual will ensure that Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions are aligned with client business objectives and Peloton’s delivery standards.

The individual will ensure that Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions are aligned with client business objectives and Peloton’s delivery standards.
As a Fusion Sales Response Architect you will be responsible for:
- Lead solution architecture and response strategy for Oracle Fusion–focused RFPs and RFIs
- Design end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions aligned with client requirements and Peloton delivery frameworks
- Author, review, and coordinate RFP responses, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Collaborate with Oracle Fusion practice leaders, sales teams, and subject matter experts to define solution scope, assumptions, timelines, and pricing inputs
- Translate client business and technical requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion implementation approaches and delivery models
- Ensure all proposal content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client evaluation criteria
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all proposal deliverables
- Support deal-shaping activities, including solution positioning, value articulation, and risk identification
- Develop professional, client-ready proposals and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance proposal efficiency, content quality, and reuse of Oracle Fusion knowledge assets
- Maintain and continuously improve Oracle Fusion proposal templates, solution assets, and reusable content libraries
- Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion RFP/RFI responses within a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and implementation methodologies
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate Oracle Fusion solution value
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free outputs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to enhance proposal development and content creation
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple Oracle Fusion pursuits simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with one or more Oracle Fusion pillars:Financials
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
- Prior experience in management consulting or technology consulting
- Experience supporting global Oracle sales teams and multinational clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Oracle Fusion certifications or a Master’s degree are a plus
- Strong client-focused mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Ability to communicate complex Oracle Fusion concepts to both technical and executive audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a global consulting environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
