About The Opportunity

A fast-growing HR SaaS player operating in the Talent Management and HR Technology sector, focused on simplifying hiring, onboarding, and people operations for mid-market and enterprise customers. We build product-led solutions that drive measurable business outcomes through better recruitment and employee life-cycle management.

We are hiring an on-site Marketing Manager based in India to own demand generation, performance marketing, and brand growth initiatives that accelerate revenue and customer acquisition.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital channels (search, social, email, and content) to deliver qualified pipeline.
  • Plan, run, and optimise paid media (Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn) and SEO programs to maximise CPL and CAC efficiency.
  • Create and manage content strategy—blogs, landing pages, case studies, and nurture tracks—to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
  • Use Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and attribution modelling to report performance, identify growth levers, and drive continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market priorities, lead handoff, and lifecycle campaigns that boost activation and retention.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, control campaign budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with clear KPIs and ROI focus.
