Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, distribution expansion, and brand presence for Uniball & Deli products across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. headquartered at Ahmedabad/Indore. The role requires strong leadership capability, deep distribution understanding, and experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Stationery industries.
Job Description
- Lead regional sales strategy and execution
- Build and manage strong distributor and channel partnerships
- Drive sales growth, market expansion, and brand visibility
- Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams
Skills/Experience
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or Business Management
- 6–12 years of sales experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Stationery
- Minimum 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
- Extensive travel across Gujarat, MP & Chhattisgarh
