Role Overview


The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, distribution expansion, and brand presence for Uniball & Deli products across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. headquartered at Ahmedabad/Indore. The role requires strong leadership capability, deep distribution understanding, and experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Stationery industries.


Job Description


  • Lead regional sales strategy and execution
  • Build and manage strong distributor and channel partnerships
  • Drive sales growth, market expansion, and brand visibility
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams


Skills/Experience


  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or Business Management
  • 6–12 years of sales experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Stationery
  • Minimum 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building ability
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
  • Extensive travel across Gujarat, MP & Chhattisgarh
