Jr. recruiter (upto 15k/ Target based)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter, responsible for supporting the recruitment process to identify, engage, and secure top talent for various roles. The Junior Recruiter will handle tasks such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and maintaining candidate records. The role also involves engaging with candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience and assisting senior team members in achieving hiring goals. Compensation will be target-based, with a maximum earning potential of up to 15,000.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for conducting interviews and candidate engagement
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing recruitment documentation
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
