Business Development Executive (North American Market)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
CTC: Upto ₹30,000 Per Month (based on experience)
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process/ Sales / Freight Brokerage

We are currently hiring for a client expanding their presence in the North American market. They are looking for motivated professionals to lead outbound sales initiatives targeting businesses across North America.
Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals for the Business Development Executive (BDE) role. You will be responsible for conducting outbound sales outreach to prospective clients in North America, building relationships, and generating qualified leads.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain international exposure, develop sales skills, and grow your career in global B2B sales.
Note: Apply only if you’re comfortable working the Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM).
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calling: Reach out to businesses across North America via phone and email.
Client Engagement: Present solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.
End-to-End Sales: Handle the entire sales process — from first contact to deal closure.
Follow-ups & Negotiation: Proactively follow up with leads, answer queries, and negotiate pricing.
CRM Management: Log all interactions, pipeline progress, and client data accurately.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned targets consistently.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements
Experience: Atleast 1 year of experience in International Sales.
Excellent English Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with international clients.
Proactive & Target-Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Adaptable Learner: Quick to grasp product features and industry nuances.
