1–3 Years

• MBA (Marketing preferred)
• Graduate with relevant experience may also apply

• Generate new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Support domestic sales and B2B business development.
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Achieve monthly business targets.

• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Digital Marketing knowledge is an added advantage

4–8 Years

• MBA (Marketing / International Business preferred)

• Develop international business opportunities.
• Handle overseas customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Identify new export markets and channel partners.
• Coordinate export documentation and commercial negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with international distributors and buyers.
• Conduct market analysis and prepare business strategies.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
• Achieve international sales and revenue targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• International Business & Export Sales experience
• Customer relationship management
• Presentation and reporting skills
• Self-driven and proactive
• Experience in Mobile, Electronics, Telecom or Technology Distribution industry will be preferred.

2–6 Years

• MBA preferred
• Graduate with relevant experience may also apply

• Manage the Managing Director's calendar and appointments.
• Schedule, align, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Organize online meetings using Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
• Prepare meeting agendas and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and confidential documents.
• Coordinate with departments for business updates and management reports.
• Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and executive summaries.
• Plan travel schedules, accommodation, and business itineraries.
• Maintain meeting records and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Assist the MD in strategic planning and daily business operations.
