Business Development Manager

Location: Mohali

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to strengthen our domestic and international business relationships. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, initiating strategic conversations, nurturing client relationships, and supporting business expansion across healthcare, rehabilitation, sports science, and medical robotics.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across India and international markets.
• Initiate conversations with hospitals, distributors, sports organisations, universities, research institutions, and healthcare partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities.
• Schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, partnership documents, and business pitches.
• Support communication with international principals and partners.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and leadership teams.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Maintain CRM records and business development reports.

• MBA (Marketing, International Business, Healthcare Management, or equivalent) preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Strategic Partnerships, or Corporate Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with Indian and international clients.
• Willingness to travel when required.

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, technology, or B2B business development.
• Exposure to international business communication.
• Experience with CRM tools.
