Job Title: Associate Recruiter (Entry Level)

Location: Ahmedabad (on-site)

Reports To: Sr RC and Recruitment Team Leader

Au Shift Time: Monday to Friday, 5 days working (shift can start between 2:30am - 5:30am to 11:30am- 2:30pm)

Role Purpose

To support the recruitment team in sourcing and placing candidates while managing administrative and compliance tasks. The role offers hands-on learning in recruitment operations, documentation, and client coordination within the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Support compliance checks including Right-to-Work, reference verification, and documentation management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR database.
• Ensure all processes follow Australian employment laws, GDPR, and company compliance policies.
• Coordinate with candidates for collecting ID, certificates, and background documents.
• Prepare and share candidate profiles and reports with senior consultants and clients.
• Handle administrative support such as updating trackers, generating offer letters, and maintaining recruitment dashboards.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Participate in ongoing training programs on recruitment operations, compliance, and client communication.
