Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative (Outbound / Lead Generation) role based in New Delhi, offered in a hybrid model that allows a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The person in this role will identify and qualify potential DTC brand clients, conduct outbound calls and outreach campaigns, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, scheduling discovery calls, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with account management and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. The role also involves following up with prospects, providing timely information about NQ’s Shopify growth solutions, and contributing feedback to refine sales messaging and lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Strong Inside Sales skills, including outbound calling, consultative selling, and opportunity qualification.
  • Lead Generation experience, with the ability to research prospects, build target lists, and run outreach campaigns.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build trust with prospective clients.
  • Account Management capabilities to support smooth transitions from prospect to client and maintain ongoing relationships as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting solutions to decision-makers.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and basic productivity software.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or eCommerce (especially Shopify) is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
