Job Title: Inside Sales Representative


Location: Bengaluru (On-site)


Role Overview:


We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule product demos. You'll connect with potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, understand their requirements, and help drive new business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
  • Update CRM with accurate customer information and activity.
  • Achieve monthly outreach and meeting targets.


Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
