Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will engage with prospective learners and their families via phone, email, and in-person meetings to explain Weskill’s programs and convert leads into enrollments. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up consistently to support decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with academic and marketing teams to refine messaging, gathering feedback to improve the learner experience, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for engaging prospects and converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address questions, resolve concerns, and support a positive learner experience.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to build long-term relationships, track learner progress, and encourage renewals or referrals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines and report performance.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and meet defined sales and outreach targets.
- Previous experience in edtech, training services, or sales roles is an advantage; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
