Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
This role involves engaging prospective learners via phone, email, and messaging platforms to understand their goals and present suitable Grade Learner Academy programs.
The representative nurtures leads through follow-up communication, manages the sales pipeline, and supports the entire enrollment process from initial inquiry to course registration. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with marketing and academic teams, and providing a high level of customer service to ensure learner satisfaction and retention. The role also includes meeting individual and team sales targets and sharing feedback from prospects to help improve offerings and communication.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in inside sales and lead generation, with the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and convert them into enrollments.
- Experience in account management, including maintaining relationships with enrolled learners and managing follow-ups to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident phone etiquette and the ability to explain educational programs clearly.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office productivity software to track leads and sales activities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and timelines while maintaining high service quality.
- Bachelor’s degree ; experience in education or edtech sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
