🌟 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by converting inbound enquiries into sales through telephone and digital channels.

You will also play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience by providing basic service support and account assistance, helping build long-term client relationships.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through calls and digital communication
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or upgrades
  • Convert inbound leads and proactively generate opportunities via cold calling and email outreach
  • Close sales and achieve assigned targets
  • Route qualified leads to appropriate sales team members when needed

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and expand the CRM database with accurate prospect information
  • Ensure high-quality service that differentiates the company from competitors
  • Support customers with account queries, billing issues, and basic troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns

Pipeline & Growth

  • Collaborate with team members to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Follow up on referrals and leads to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay updated on competitor strategies and market trends
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and events as required

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned

  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Report incidents promptly and assist in investigations
