JOB DESCRIPTION :

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation 

  • Research and identify key decision-makers like (Plant Heads, Operations Head or Supply Chain Director) and relevant stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Outbound calling - Initiate contact with prospects through campaigns (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients across priority markets, also through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • This job involves high volume of outbound calls per day.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, requirements, and expectations.
  • Schedule High quality meetings/Demo’s for our sales team with qualified leads.
  • Introduce Nekko’s services in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
  • Handle client queries, objections, and concerns confidently.


Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads based on client requirements, budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and business fit.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with prospects, clients, and business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to refine messaging, improve targeting, and share market intelligence from prospect conversations.


Deal Support

  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings, demos, and intro calls for sales team.
  • Provide support to the sales team for deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information, interactions, and activity logs in the CRM


Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Keep a pulse on industrial automation trends, emerging client needs, and competitor activities within your assigned region. 


What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in lead generation, Telecaller, Telesales representative or inside sales roles in the Indian market.
  • AI & Technical Literacy: Comfortable about Nekko’s services - to hold a credible technical conversation to explain that to a technical/non-technical decision-maker.
  • Communication Skills: Stellar verbal and written communication skills along with active listening skills. Fluency in English is required; any knowledge of regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi) is a massive advantage 
  • Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
