Role Description The Human Resources Faculty at Edwin Academy will design and deliver HR-focused training sessions, workshops, and course modules to support learners pursuing careers in human resources and related fields. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting interactive classes, assessing learner performance, and providing feedback and mentoring to help learners develop practical HR skills. The faculty member will collaborate with other trainers to align curriculum with industry requirements, participate in academic planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of course content. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Edwin Academy campus in Kozhikode, requiring regular classroom engagement and participation in institutional activities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in core Human Resources domains such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and compliance.
- 3-4 Year experience with HR operations and tools, including HR documentation, HRIS usage, payroll basics, and maintaining employee records.
- Effective teaching, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, with a learner-focused and inclusive approach.
- Ability to design and update curriculum, develop lesson plans, and integrate case studies and real-time HR scenarios into training.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple batches, assessments, and administrative tasks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as HR faculty, corporate trainer, or HR professional in industry is highly desirable.
- Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and collaborating with cross-functional academic and administrative teams.
