Role Description The Human Resources Associate will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding activities. The role involves assisting in policy implementation, handling routine employee queries, and ensuring compliance with internal HR procedures. The Human Resources Associate will also support training and development initiatives, track participation, and help organize workshops or learning sessions. Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for fostering a positive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
  • Experience supporting Training & Development activities and employee learning initiatives.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in common HR software tools and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an HR support or coordination role is preferred.
