Role Description The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination. The Human Resources Associate will assist with recruitment activities such as screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The position also supports training and development initiatives, helping organize learning sessions, track participation, and gather feedback from team members. The role involves regular communication with employees and management to address HR-related queries, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, including organizing and supporting learning programs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant skills such as basic knowledge of labor laws, experience with HR software or MS Office tools, and attention to detail would be beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior internship or work experience in HR, is preferred.
