Role Description The BIM Manager will oversee the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards across projects. This full-time, on-site role in Trivandrum involves leading the creation, management, and review of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements and industry best practices. The BIM Manager will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to support clash detection, design coordination, and documentation workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising BIM technicians, establishing project-specific BIM execution plans, providing training and guidance on BIM tools and protocols, and supporting project managers with data-driven insights. The role also entails working with stakeholders to continuously improve digital workflows, enhance project efficiency, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in BIM software and tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 or similar platforms) and experience in managing BIM models for civil or structural projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows, including model coordination, clash detection, and data management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Solid project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to lead BIM teams, prioritize tasks, and meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to train team members, support cross-functional stakeholders, and present BIM-related insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline; a master’s degree or specialized BIM certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in an on-site project environment and familiarity with construction processes, site coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
