🔹 Recruitment & Hiring

• Understand job requirements from departments
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules
• Follow up with selected candidates
• Manage joining formalities

🔹 HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Handle onboarding & induction process
• Attendance & leave management
• Support payroll coordination
• Employee engagement activities

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Any Graduate
• MBA (HR) preferred
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) is an advantage
