Job Description

My Client, is looking for HR operation candidate who has strong experience in Audit.
Exp – 2- 5 Yrs
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for below mentioned responsibilities:
• Conducting various SOX audits monthly/quarterly to identify gaps and meet audit requirements
• Coordinating with internal Genpact stakeholders and external auditors
• Deep Dive in HRSS related process to draw compliance controls
• Facilitate implementing new compliance controls to mitigate gaps as required
• Collaborate with process managers to keep guideline documents, process narratives up to date
• Partnering with different functions such as HR, IT, audit teams on various ad hoc projects
• Working closely with IT to close certain SOX audit
• Reporting on process performance from compliance standpoint
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Graduation from a Recognized University
• Relevant work exp. preferably in HR and or any other people function area
• Strong oral and written communications skills, for effective discussions with leadership & functional stakeholders across regions
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications
• Knowledge/Experience in stakeholder management and project management
