Role Description – Human Resources Administrator:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Human Resources Administrator will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires close coordination with teams across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Mangalore to ensure seamless HR functioning and operational efficiency across all branches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Handle employee lifecycle management and maintain accurate HR records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, including ESIC and PF regulations etc
  • Coordinate with branch teams in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Mangalore to ensure smooth HR processes
  • Manage employee benefits administration and documentation
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate shortlisting
  • Perform background and reference checks
  • Draft and release offer letters and appointment documents
  • Support employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Update job descriptions and streamline hiring processes


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HR One (HRMS) or similar platforms
  • Good understanding of ESIC, PF, and labor law compliance
  • Experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multi-location HR operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in aviation or training industry is an added advantage
