Role Description

The Guest Relations Manager will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, managing feedback, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The role also involves leading customer service initiatives, training staff, and overseeing the guest-facing aspects of operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to build and maintain positive customer experiences
  • Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with a diverse range of clients and resolve issues
  • Proven experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction through innovation and responsiveness
  • Ability to train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding service
  • Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience in retail or event management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
