What You´ll Do

Manage Henkel owned machines and moulds located at suppliers all over Europe
Drive savings, improvements, and digitalization
Maintain asset data in Henkel systems SAP and Mold Management System
Assure service by maintaining assets in good shape
Lead asset replacement and capacity extension investment as project manager
Manage inventory taking and cost allocation
Constant coordination with suppliers
Close cooperation within 3PM team, with functions and production sites

What makes you a good fit

Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent fields
Min. 3 years professional work experience in the fields of project management, technical or operation/manufacturing environment in an international environment
Technical background, process improvement skills are beneficial
Fluent English is a must
Practical experience in MS Office and SAP is an advantage
Ability to organize, and handle challenging deadlines
Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel
Driving licence
