Job Title: Growth & Instagram Prospecting Executive (SaaS)
Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-focused professional who understands Instagram, SaaS products, and sales. This role involves identifying high-potential brands and creators on Instagram, starting meaningful conversations, and guiding them into product trials of automation tools.
This is not a typical telecalling role. It combines Instagram research, consultative selling, and product understanding.

This is not a typical telecalling role. It combines Instagram research, consultative selling, and product understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research D2C brands, creators, and service businesses on Instagram.
- Start personalized conversations via Instagram DMs (no spam messaging).
- Qualify prospects and move them to WhatsApp or discovery calls.
- Understand their current lead flow, comment/DM handling, and follow-up process.
- Present simple automation use cases (auto-replies, DM to WhatsApp flow, follow-ups).
- Assist prospects in setting up and using product trials.
- Maintain structured tracking of leads in Sheets/CRM.
- Share market feedback with founders to improve product and messaging.
- Strong understanding of Instagram (Reels, comments, DMs, brand engagement).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus).
- Ability to write short, sharp, and personalized DMs.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation.
- Technical mindset – comfortable understanding automation flows and integrations.
- Comfortable using multiple tools (Instagram, WhatsApp Web, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Experience in SDR, inside sales, growth, business development, or creator/agency work.
- Exposure to SaaS or automation tools is a plus.
- Interest in startups and digital marketing.
