Role Summary
The Admissions/Enrollment Head will be responsible for planning and executing the school’s admissions strategy to achieve student enrollment targets. The role requires strong leadership, marketing understanding, parent engagement skills, and the ability to drive consistent growth in admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual enrollment strategies to meet admission targets.
- Lead and manage the admissions team across branches.
- Handle parent enquiries, counselling sessions, and school presentations.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns in coordination with the branding and digital team.
- Monitor admission funnel metrics (leads, conversions, walk-ins, closures).
- Build partnerships with local communities, preschools, corporates and institutions.
- Plan and execute admission events, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding of new students.
- Provide regular admission reports and forecasts to Management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or marketing (school experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
