This is a full-time hybrid Administrative Assistant role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, handling correspondence, organizing documents, and assisting executives to ensure smooth office operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication channels through phone and email, as well as providing clerical and executive support to meet organizational goals effectively.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage workflows and documentation efficiently
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to maintain professional interactions with stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership and streamline tasks
- Proficiency in organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model with a dynamic pace
- Proficient in office software and tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in English is required
