Senior Sales Manager

Location Requirement: West Region (Gujrat/Ahmedabad)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth for our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) solutions. The role involves acquiring new business, managing enterprise and mid-market clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities for HRMS software solutions across SMB and mid-market segments
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and deal closure
• Identify and engage with HR leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and events
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
• Stay updated on HR tech trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/HRMS/ERP solutions
• Well-networked in Ahmedabad/Gujarat with access to HR leaders and business decision-makers
• Strong understanding of HRMS products (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Performance Management, Compliance)
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience handling inside + field sales (preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field
• Prior experience selling HR Tech or enterprise SaaS solutions
• Network with HR professionals in Ahmedabad/Gujarat region
