We are hiring a Team Leader – Accounts Payable with strong expertise in AP operations, MIS reporting, and month‑end expense management. The role involves leading key financial reporting activities, managing provisions, and ensuring accurate month‑end close while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant who is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MIS reporting for expenses, provisions, and month‑end AP activities.
• Perform variance analysis of actuals vs. budgets/forecasts and highlight key insights.
• Handle expense management, including CapEx, OpEx, provisioning, scheduling, and P&L‑related reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for invoice status, clarifications, and data validation.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and provide inputs for budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for smooth AP operations and reporting cycles.
• Act as an individual contributor for majority of responsibilities, with partial coordination/team interaction.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑qualification experience in Accounts Payable / Expense Management.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP – Mandatory.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (MIS, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Indian AP processes preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams.
