Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aminjikkarai for a Tour Executive. The responsibilities include planning and coordinating tour itineraries, managing guided tours, and ensuring seamless execution of all tour arrangements. The Tour Executive will also be expected to liaise with clients, address their inquiries, and maintain excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves managing travel schedules and providing recommendations to optimize client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Tour Planning, Itinerary Development, and overseeing Tour Management processes
• Expertise in coordinating and conducting Guided Tours
• Proficient communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of local and international travel destinations is an advantage
• Experience in customer service or client relations is a bonus
