Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zirakpur, Mohali for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The Senior Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing HR operations, policies, and strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining employee relations, implementing HR policies, managing benefits administration, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards. The role requires close collaboration across all levels of the organization to align HR initiatives with business goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruiting,management and strong understanding of HR Operations
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations and resolution of workplace concerns effectively
  • Competence in drafting, implementing, and managing HR Policies
  • Thorough knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) practices and legal compliance standards
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role; experience in IT or tech companies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR are advantageous)
