Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced STEM Robotics Instructor who will be responsible for delivering engaging Robotics & STEAM education programs in schools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in robotics, strong teaching skills, and the ability to design innovative curriculum content.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Robotics & STEAM sessions to students in partner schools
• Develop, design, and enhance Robotics & STEAM curriculum and lesson plans
• Conduct practical, project-based learning sessions and workshops
• Guide students in building robotics projects and participating in competitions
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve course structure and delivery
• Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Robotics, AI, and STEM education

Requirements

• Prior experience in teaching or working in Robotics/STEM education
• Strong understanding of Robotics concepts, basic electronics, and programming
• Hands-on experience with Arduino, sensors, or similar platforms is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for school students
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in Robotics/AI/STEM will be an added advantage

Employment Type

• Initially Part-Time (with potential to transition into Full-Time based on performance)
