Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in preparing approval requests, including gathering necessary data, financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all credit approval requests are properly formatted and submitted within the required timelines.
- Track the status of credit approvals and follow up with client to ensure timely decision making.
- Assist in allocation of credit facilities across client, ensuring alignment with approved limits and internal policies.
- Monitor utilization of allocated credit facilities and provide regular updates to the team.
- Support reconciliation of credit allocations and address discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update databases related to the approvals and allocations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all systems and reports.
- Act as a liaison between the stakeholders and internal teams, including compliance, legal and operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline process and improve efficiency within team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new tools or workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
