Primary Title: HR Executive - Manufacturing (Textiles)
About The Opportunity
A role in the textile manufacturing sector supporting factory operations, labour-intensive production lines, and compliance-driven HR processes. The position sits on-site at production facilities and focuses on end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, shop-floor employee management, and day-to-day administrative oversight for a growing textile/garments manufacturing organization.

The position sits on-site at production facilities and focuses on end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, shop-floor employee management, and day-to-day administrative oversight for a growing textile/garments manufacturing organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for shop-floor, supervisory and support roles; coordinate interviews, offer letters, and structured onboarding for new hires.
- Process and reconcile monthly payroll including statutory deductions, overtime, shift allowances, and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursal.
- Administer attendance, biometric systems and shift rosters; maintain accurate leave and shift records and resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Ensure statutory compliance across PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment and Factory Act requirements; prepare returns and support labour inspections/audits.
- Handle employee relations: grievance resolution, disciplinary procedures, exit interviews and maintenance of personnel records and HR files.
- Oversee facility administration and vendor management for transport, canteen, housekeeping and security; manage assets and workplace safety coordination.
