Job Description

Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,500 - £27,976 per annum
Contract: 6 months

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator with 2-3 years of strong HR experience to join our team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role, based in Manchester, offers the opportunity to support a busy HR function while working collaboratively across the business.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Manage HR systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Assist with payroll processing and liaise with relevant departments to resolve queries.
  • Support HR projects, such as policy implementation, employee engagement initiatives, and reporting.
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence in line with company policies.
  • Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:


  • 2-3 years' experience in an HR Administrator or similar HR support role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, and best practices.
  • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
