🎯 Required Skills & Criteria

• Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
• Experience in LinkedIn lead generation & outreach
• Ability to generate quality international leads
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
• Strong communication, follow-up & convincing skills
• Basic understanding of IT courses/certifications/services sales
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or business development preferred
• Comfortable working with targets and daily follow-ups
• Knowledge of email communication & CRM tools
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Fresher with excellent communication can also apply

💼 Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms
• Connect with potential clients and schedule meetings
• Handle inbound and outbound sales communication
• Explain IT training & certification programs to clients
• Maintain lead database and regular follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for conversions and support
