Backed by leading global investors with over $105M in funding, the company has built a category defining platform that helps modern SaaS businesses streamline customer onboarding, implementation, and delivery while improving collaboration, visibility, and customer experience.
With a team of over 200 employees and customers across North America, EMEA, and APAC, the business is continuing to scale rapidly and is looking for ambitious sales professionals to join its growing Business Development team.
Profile Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a key role in generating pipeline and connecting prospective customers with the sales team.
Depending on the team you join, you'll either qualify inbound enquiries from interested prospects or proactively engage potential customers through outbound prospecting.
You'll work closely with experienced Account Executives and Sales Leaders while building the foundation for a long term career in SaaS sales.
What You Will Do
- Qualify inbound enquiries and identify high quality sales opportunities
- Prospect into target accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Research companies and decision makers to personalise outreach
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges
- Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM
- Collaborate with sales teams to build pipeline across North America and APAC
- Consistently achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
You Should Apply If
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Sales, or another customer facing role
- You have excellent communication and relationship building skills
- You enjoy speaking with customers and solving problems
- You are resilient, coachable, and thrive in fast paced environments
- You have a strong sales mindset and are motivated by achieving targets
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a bonus but not essential
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is advantageous
