This is a full-time on-site position for the Head of Sales located in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Head of Sales will lead the sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth through robust sales management. Responsibilities include overseeing account management, creating and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a strong understanding of growth-oriented sales strategies.
- Demonstrated strength in Account Management and client relationship building to drive business development.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess market trends, sales data, and decision-making processes.
- Effective leadership capabilities with experience in Team Management, motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
