Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head-Real Estate Sales based in Gurugram. The Head-Real Estate Sales will oversee sales operations, mentor the sales team, and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The role also involves analyzing market trends and staying up-to-date with the latest in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate
• Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property, including market analysis and client engagement
• Exceptional Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Outstanding Customer Service skills, including relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor a sales team
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
