Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kozhikode for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. This role involves identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving overall revenue growth. Additionally, the individual will oversee sales management processes and ensure the team meets objectives through mentoring and support.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Proficiency in Account Management and identifying opportunities for client growth and retention
  • Analytical Skills to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
  • Proven experience in Team Management and leadership to motivate and guide a results-oriented sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in education-related sales or consultancy services is an advantage
